Goal 1: Elevate Learning
Increase student achievement and provide excellent programming for students by:

Strengthening teacher collaboration, instructional practices, and data-driven decision-making through effective implementation of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) in every school

Designing a professional learning plan that engages 100% of educators in evidence-based and research-informed equitable instructional practices (i.e. Universal Design for Learning)

Increase academic data by 1.5%

Assessing the effectiveness of the Strong Start Kindergarten Program across all 13 elementary schools

Successfully implementing the K-12 STEELS standards

Piloting a STEM special in five elementary schools (S.H.I.E.L.D.)

Meeting monthly with instructional cabinet members to ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability across departments and schools
Ensure students are equipped for college or careers upon graduation by:

Communicating dual enrollment opportunities

Encouraging juniors and seniors to take advantage of our Community Hosted Internship Program (CHIP)

Increasing Post-12 community partnerships

Delivering career lessons to students and planning fairs
Goal 2: Ensure Belonging
Continue to develop a community that values a sense of belonging, promotes equity for all students, and supports their mental health and well-being by:

Sharing and developing processes for supporting students' mental health and underperforming students

Analyzing and responding to behavioral data and patterns at least three times per year, providing the necessary tools and using inclusive practices

Addressing peer gaps and disproportionality among student groups in special education by incorporating components of the MTSS framework at the middle level
-
Providing our school teams and counselors with clear protocols for the program at our Northbridge Campus

Monitoring the effectiveness of the SEL curriculum and the PBIS model at the elementary level and middle levels and training all 13 elementary schools in Level II

Using Infinite Campus for discipline referrals K-12

Supporting student voice through feedback and involvement in the various clubs and activities
Goal 3: Engage Community
Strengthen timely, transparent, and effective communication with stakeholders and enhance partnerships by:

Integrating the 4Es into district initiatives and public messaging

Enhancing two-way communication and feedback mechanisms

Exploring the use of a platform that communicates to families in their preferred language

Sharing teaching pathways for paraprofessionals and graduate programs for teachers with staff

Holding family engagement sessions at least three times per year

Continuing to partner with the community (i.e. Manna on Main Street, NPSD Educational Foundation, etc.)

Establishing a partnership with at least two additional universities to expand our teacher pipeline
Goal 4: Exceed Expectations
Promote organizational effectiveness and create innovative, safe, and welcoming environments that deliver high-quality services for the NP community by:

Implementing the 2025-2028 Comprehensive Plan Committee

Reviewing and refining district policies and administrative regulations on a monthly basis
