PA-1000 - 2025 Property Tax and Rent Rebate Program
Program Information
The North Penn School District approved the Property Tax and Rent Rebate Program again for the 2026/2027 fiscal year. If you are a homeowner and/or renter, and meet the criteria below, you may be eligible for a rebate of up to $1,000 from the district.
To qualify for this discount, applicants must have a household income of no more than $48,110 annually, and:
- Be 65 years of age or older; or
- Be a widow and widower aged 50 years of age or older; or
- Be permanently disabled and 18 years of age or older.
